A 2 Year Old Dream Proved Fruitful In Intercession😴

11/11/2025 I wanted to reflect how God worked things out mightily; that an old dream from 2-3 years ago, helped me to pray effectually about a movement of God that took place. To paint a picture of the setting of this coincidence, there have been a lot of spiritual and political problems with the climate of New York city with the new mayor that has come into power this past year. Mayor Mamdani has come into office, but what he represents is something larger and darker than himself. From the little I know, I am aware he wants to implement a liberal socialist/communist agenda.

There have been other national threats during this season that seemed to pose a threat to wholesome American living and ideals, to sway the country in a bad direction. The less-than-honorable statutes of communism being highlighted by this man, along with the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk, and the shutdown (now somewhat relieved ) of the U.S. government seemed like a huge gouge to the “American way” of true liberty and peace  . So, that’s been going on for the last 6 months or so, where there seemed to be real peril surrounding the “holding on” to basic good qualities of the country: marriage between man and woman, protection of the picture of “family”, capitalism, etc. So, there’s been a lot of prayer and concern from my husband and others – many persons of the country’s Christian backbone, or what’s left of it, that God would move mountains ; and that God would bring power back to the eternal precepts like: marriage, order in government, the honoring of human life, celebrating a life of discipline, and a life of free “choice”. And it feels like God’s watching out for us! But it did get dark for some moments.

Anyway, now that I tried to paint a picture of the current climate, I’ll share the dream. I had a dream at least 2 to 3 years ago, of Donald Trump and some angels  that were working together in New York. There was dialogue, and a drive for national patriotism in the message of the dream. I held on to that dream for years and every time I would hear the phrase “New York” I would wonder about that dream, what it meant, with the little I understood of politics. Donald Trump is now the president, so that part of the dream and the “angels” of New York, came to be understood as the “Guardian Angels” group of New York City, that has been actively stopping the spread of crime. They have a goal of “deterring crime and helping those in need”. John knew who the “angels” were immediately when I shared the dream. Yesterday, after I had several nights of staying up very late, my spirit had brooded (and I think about things when its quiet and I’m trying to keep my eyes open)  . It was about 6 or 7 am, and the fleeting thought of the dream, the “New York” issue, and Donald Trump idea – it hit me somehow that the dream was for RIGHT NOW! So, I prayed in earnest on the way to school, in the Spirit, that the U.S. government would reopen, that the tyrannical ideals of socialism wouldn’t not be an influence, and that Donald Trump would be protected. When I got home last night, I had John tell me that the U.S. government was reopened (or at least signed an agreement to re-open), and that steps were being taken to deter communist influence and ideas from Mamdani. In a short summary, that is the manifestation of a dream I had 2 to 3 years ago, applied to right now in intercession, and coming to bear spiritual fruit; I am in awe and thankful God blesses those who will pray for His desires! God is good, and I’m amazed at how He is faithful to His own truth that He shares with His servants. Though the revelations may be small or large, He is getting the glory through the manifestation and use of the spiritual gifts. All we have to do is “try” :).
