Food for thought. I do believe that Christians can appear and perhaps be successful in the world, though, but it must be in terms of what the Bible defines, and not what society does.
Makes me think of some verses that are important for our family now – Proverbs 30:8-9 “Two things I ask of you, Lord; do not refuse me before I die; Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither poverty nor wealth, but give me this day my daily bread.”
