My husband likes to listen to a teacher named Paul Washer and its good to relate to an idea he posted and I saw on Facebook. The captioned picture is him teaching on conforming our lives to Christ. The price is high and often has implications that affect a saint socially, spiritually, emotionally, and one remembers there’s only eternal heaven to gain. Many people decide within themselves they’re going to dedicate their life to the cross โ๏ธ, and the onslaught comes from the evil one, but God is faithful. “That I may I know him and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable to his death” (Philippians 3:10). God’s message is illuminated when we suffer little bit for him. We should be glad to have the ability to be counted among Christ’s sheep, having been disciplined followers for such a good long while already. He is able to bring ๐ eternity close to our hearts. When I was first being born again, I remember learning verses I had not read for my own soul before, and it was a good challenge to dive into the Scriptures for myself! I need to return to that.
