10/7/2026 When those times of solitude come where we encounter our thoughts and the choosing of Jesus versus falsehood, we must be ready ❤️ to combat with the whole armor of God. Some excellent verses for mental prep that comes to mind 🙂 are the following. Be ready to stand against the devil’s by arming your soul and mind like Jesus did, combating the devil’s temptations from Matthew 4 by leaning on the Scriptures!
- “But we have the mind of Christ”
- “Do not conform to the pattern of this world but he transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is, His good, pleasing and perfect will”
- Put on the whole armor of God…belt of truth…helmet of salvation…shoes fitted with readiness for preaching…sword of spirit…take up the shield of faith..having breastplate of righteousness
- “Faith cometh then by hearing, and hearing, the message about Christ
- “Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth”
- “Love the heart with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind”
- “He will keep Him in perfect peace ✌️ Him whose mind is steadfast for He has stayed on thee for He trusts in thee”
- “He that looks ontinually into the perfect law that brings freedom, having done so, continuing in it, not forgetting what he’s learned but doing it, he will be blessed in what He does”
- “Eye of your understanding may be enlightened”
