“Creation Calls” by Brownsville Worship Volume 2

I love this song! This week, I have delved into an old worship CD that John had from years ago. #1 on the album list from the Brownsville Revival, is this song called “Creation Calls”. It so ministers to me because I have not been in nature like I would like to. Our backyard got demolished with mud because of getting a much-needed new septic tank – so that’s good, but it’s so sad to see the backyard compared to what it was. And I realized God ministers to us about nature and the revealing of the Son’s creative glory, even if we can’t go outside as much and enjoy nature. So please enjoy this song “Creation Calls”, and if you want, consider these verses from Romans 1.

“19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – his eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse” (Romans 1:19-20)

Lyrics:

Verse:

I have felt the wind blow
Whispering Your name
I have seen Your tears fall
When I watch the rain

Chorus:

How could I say there is no God
When all around creation calls
A singing bird, a mighty tree
The vast expanse of open sea

Verse:

Gazing at a bird in flight
Soaring through the air
Lying down beneath the stars
I feel Your presence there

Verse/Chorus 2:

I love to stand at the ocean’s shore
And feel the thundering breakers roar
To walk through golden fields of grain
‘Neath endless blue horizon’s frame

Listening to a river run, watering the earth
Fragrance of a rose in bloom, a newborn’s cry at birth

Bridge:

I believe, I believe, I believe
