CBN Broadcast To Pray For Israel – Broadcast From Today 3/22/23

3/22/23 It has been a good day and always a good day to remember to pray for the peace of Israel.

Today Was A Day Of Prayer For Israel

Though I am not real strongly informed about what is going on with Israel, I watched this broadcast today and was encouraged to pray for peace in the land of Israel, pray for the Muslims there to receive more supernatural revelations of Jesus, and for people to come closer to God. I didn’t feel like the interview between the 3 speakers was trying to be universal, but I did feel like they were genuinely wanting the God of peace, and the true God of Israel to bring knowledge of Jesus to those seeking true religion in God. There are many muslims there, and part of their cultural idealogy is to “regain the land” in Israel as their Islamic ideals demand, but as Christians, we know it belongs to the Jews. I received an email from CBN, and it is the Christian Broadcast Network, whose site is https://www.cbn.com/about/. I hardly ever get to read these emails, but I do think it’s important to remember Israel as much as I can. Somewhere in the path with the Lord, I’ve learned its important to remember the Jews in prayer, probably because Jesus was born a Jew, because the were the people group of our honored patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the people from whom we’ve received the most knowledge of the law of God (the Bible). King David, I believe was the one who instructed us that we are to pray for Israel’s safety, and here are his reasons.

Psalms 122 Instructs Us To Pray For the Jews! (Psalms 122:6-9)

6Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.

7 May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.”

8 For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, “Peace be within you.”

9 For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your prosperity.

Many in the Islamic faith are celebrating Ramadan, so it would be a great time for Jesus to speak to these people in dreams, by his messengers, by incoming revelation found in the Bible – whatever works! There is no true God but Jehovah, and no other more beneficial Lord than the Lord Jesus Christ!
