Be Honest and Transparent:
I feel that only way to be truly productive in matters of life, faith, being a wife, work, raising children, being a friend – any employment that is done, keeping a clean conscience makes for the most efficient use of human energy, and enables one to be successful at their work because their conscience is clean, and their mind is right. It makes a peaceful situation, where total focus can be given to the work. This is directly tied to honesty with me and honesty is what works. Imagine an employee being dishonest about any aspect of a job, whether to a prospect about a product or service, their own performance at work, or leadership issues. It could be detrimental in the slightest and circumstantially could escalate to disaster, if not nipped in the bud right away. It takes teamwork, staying accountable and maintaining good respectful communication to accomplish this. Also, the true value of prayer is determined after the prayer is prayed when it needed to have integrity working around others (Teresa of Avila, Spain, said something like this). The whole purpose is that a task be done well while loving others.
